Please tell us about the latest product offerings by Atlas Technologies.
Atlas Technologies has recently introduced a mastic-based asphalt batch mix plant. This solution is offered as an optional attachment for constructing road surfaces in areas prone to heavy rainfall. We provide this attachment across our 80, 100, 120, 160, 180, and 200 tph plants. We have also launched a mastic cooker to facilitate the transport of asphalt plants.
These new offerings aim to broaden our product portfolio and enhance our competitive positioning in the market. We are also focused on making our plants more cost-competitive for our customers. In line with this goal, we have undertaken modifications across our entire range of asphalt batch mix plants.
We are now manufacturing 3rd generation plants across our entire capacity range. These plants have undergone significant mechanical changes, making them easier to maintain and operate.
What trends do you see in the demand for asphalt plants in India and how are you addressing these demands?

We anticipate an increase in demand for higher capacity asphalt batch mix plants in India. However, we also expect steady demand in the mainstay segment, particularly for plants in the 120-160 tph range, which will continue to be buoyant among large and medium-scale contractors. There will be a push for plants with higher productivity and fuel efficiency.
To meet these demands, we are implementing critical design changes in our existing plant variants, including providing a shaft-mounted gearbox for reduced maintenance. We are also enhancing the material grades used in our plants for greater structural durability. Our plants can hot recycle up to 60%. We are making improvements to enable our plants to work with RAP (Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement) materials and enhancing the maintenance features of the bag house filters.
What innovations are you introducing in burner technology?
We are improving the burner quality to ensure the right air-to-fuel ratio and optimal heating of aggregates, while also allowing for multiple fuel options. Our new high-performance, fully modulating low-noise burner features a simple mechanism to adjust the air-fuel ratio for efficient combustion, resulting in lower fuel consumption. The insulated counter-flow type dryer and four-wheeled friction drive through direct-coupled gear motors are compact and reliable, ensuring efficient heat transfer to aggregates without obstructing the flame.
Please elaborate on the other diverse product offerings at Atlas Technologies.
