We see good opportunities for mobile cranes arising out of the Roads sector, Railways, Metro projects, solar power and irrigation projects.

Growth prospects for Material Handling equipment certainly appear positive

In regard to our line of business, Demonetization has not made any significant impact. As for emission norms, all our equipment comply with the latest emission norms. GST is definitely a step taken in the right direction by the Government, as now our customers can avail input tax credit for the complete 18% amount.

Growth prospects for Material Handling equipment in general, and mobile cranes in particular, certainly appear positive in the foreseeable future. We see good opportunities for mobile cranes arising out of the Roads sector, Railways, Metro projects, solar power and irrigation projects.

We offer the whole gamut of safety features for our cranes

Safety has always been one of the primary concerns for TIL in designing and manufacturing its products. The whole gamut of safety features for our cranes is available – including GPS, rearview cameras, proximity sensors, aviation lights on the booms, auto dipping systems, etc. as required by the customer.

The Hyster-TIL range of Reach Stacker offer a host of telematics technologies, including a range of safety features. These too are provided as optional add-on features, e.g. engine fault diagnostics, remote location tracking, remote over-usage tracking, fault code logging and alerts, fuel consumption, impact sensing, etc.

TIL TMS 880M

Our dedicated R&D and Design teams are always trying out the latest technologies to enhance customer profitability. The long boom truck cranes – our newest innovation – is one such example. Some others we will launch at Excon 2017. Many more are on the anvil. We also undertook a recent drive to upgrade many of our existing products.

Our unmatched after-sales service complements our products

TIL complements its state-of-the-art products with unmatched after-sales service support to enhance machine life and optimize operational efficiency. Our spare-parts depots are located in all four metro cities – Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata – and elsewhere across the country. Our service engineers located in the close proximity of customer sites – like Mundra, Jamnagar, etc. – facilitate quick problem resolution and minimum equipment downtime. We train the operators as per the customers’ requirements and also conduct workshops on safety and maintenance. We also undertake O&M contracts for our reach stackers – a market where we have been the leader for years.

New at Excon 2017

Excon is a great platform for TIL to showcase its expertise in material handling and road building solutions, developed over many decades both in-house and by way of our alliances with global technology leaders. The show provides us with the forum to highlight our brand strengths and our end-to-end product and service portfolio to the material handling and road building segment. The show will bring about direct interaction with a large number of customers on a variety of aspects – like new products, new models, pricing, service, etc. – factors which play the most important role in enhancing customer experience. This year at Excon – OD4, Outdoor Area – we plan to launch some new products that will reinforce what TIL stands for: Technology, Innovation, Leadership.
