Gujarat-based, concrete equipment manufacturer, Amruta Infratech displayed its stationary concrete batching plant and concrete pavers. Informed Prashesh Patel, Director, "Our compact concrete batching and stationary concrete batching plants, with capacities ranging between 30-90cum/hr are made by us in-house, and are available with twin shaft mixers, pan, and planetary mixers. They are fitted with aggregates weigh systems with electromagnetic load cells for higher accuracy, with separate weighing for water, cement, fly ash, and additives. The plants have a modular design and fully automatic control systems with HMI or SCADA software. They can be installed in lesser time and will require minimum maintenance."

He informed that the company’s concrete fixed form pavers have less automation, which makes them use more convenient in Indian operating conditions. On the other hand, the fully automatic sensor pavers with heavy duty auto levelling jacks connected with Moba sensors, can give any slab height with a fine finish and optimum accuracy. The pavers come with a special under-carriage consisting of a spreader and extra-long augers, and a finishing cylinder compacts and finishes the concrete to the desired grade.

"We use special grade steel E-250 and E-350 for making our plants more robust and durable, while our mixers are made of high-grade chrome. At our foundry, the heat treatment and casting systems makes the products defect- free."

Amruta's product line also comprises of inline mobile concrete batching plants with twin shaft mixers, canal lining paver machines, screed road paver machines, mini concrete batching plants, cement silos, and accessories. The company has recently ventured into automatic block making machines and vertical concrete pipe making machines.
