Alok Jha, Director - Sales & Marketing, India & SAARC

We will display our full range of over 10 types of equipment and launch 5 new products at Excon.
Global platforms like Excon give us the opportunity to meet customers, consider growth avenues and discuss, engage with different stakeholders, and showcase world-class, innovative products.

We will launch 5 new equipment such as all-new 50HP Backhoe Loader, the all-new BS-VI compliant EX Range of TLBs, Vibratory Compactors, Graders, and a new variant of our Excavators.

Moreover, EXCON 2021 will witness an important milestone of CASE construction completing 180 years of global operations and this glorious legacy will be showcased at the show. The brand will also be showcasing its aftermarket solutions including various service packages, service solutions, and a new e-commerce platform for the spare parts buying.

Customers are looking for smart machines that increase productivity and profitability with minimal downtime.
CASE’s world-class machines are designed to offer operational efficiencies and cost effectiveness, based on superior technology. Backed by extensive R&D, we have brought out world-class equipment which give improved performance, ease of operation, lower fuel consumption, minimum downtime, and lower maintenance requirements.

Additionally, while transitioning to BS-IV stage engines, we have upgraded our machines with new technologies. For instance, our FX Series BS (CEV) - IV compliant Backhoe Loader has been designed specifically for Indian terrains. With all new 66 features, CASE has prioritised operator comfort, safety, and ease of functioning in the machine. Powered by world class FPT engines, CASE machines provide better fuel efficiency and lower cost of maintenance. Our compactors are mounted with an electrical engine that controls fuel injection to optimize the power delivery compared to the mechanized BS-III engine.

In the excavator segment, CASE’s C-series product line with advanced design and engineering, helps deliver up to 17 percent more horsepower and save an estimated $10,000 per year from lower fuel costs and faster cycle times. The excavators are designed for high performance and durability. They are mounted with the proven CASE Intelligent Hydraulic System (CIHS) that delivers impressive machine control with unrivalled energy and fuel savings in all cycle time phases.

Our machines are rugged and have a longer service cycle since they are made of high-quality materials and components. In fact, our technologically advanced products ensure lower cost of ownership and longer service intervals.

Lean manufacturing has significantly increased productivity with minimal maintenance cost for the machines.
By using the concept of Lean manufacturing, we have reduced operational complexity in our machines, eliminated wastage, and are driving maximum productivity, thus saving cost and increasing savings.

With the changing need and requirements of the customers, incorporating automation and new technologies is important for making improvements in the machines and in their performance. This benefits buyers by reducing machine downtime, improving productivity, and profitability.

At CASE, our equipment has advanced technology like the eagle eye telematics that assists in real-time monitoring of the machine’s performance, security, and efficiency. This technology is helping equipment buyers to make informed decision.

Budget 2022-23 indicates a host of opportunities for the CE industry where technologically advanced machines will have significant demand in the construction of infra projects.
For the infra construction sector, the government has continued to make huge investments to develop roads, highways, expressways and other major infrastructure. We are looking forward to the big Gati Shakti Master Plan and the announcement of aligning the National Infrastructure Pipeline, which promise tremendous growth for the infrastructure sector in India and the resultant benefit to the CE industry in the long run.
