Material handling and processing solutions

Aesha Projects
Our products for complex Bulk Material Handling are categorized into Conveying, Crushing, and Screening segments. However, we can completely customize these solutions to meet specific customer needs and add value to their business by enhancing their productivity.

In the mineral processing space, we are positioned amongst the top players in the country. We have supplied over 3000 individual units and delivered over 600 projects by deploying our sturdy and rugged products in a variety of configurations and modular sizes for both medium and high-profile mining and infrastructure projects. Our mineral processing solutions include Wet Classification, Mineral Beneficiation, Industrial Drying and Heating processes for end-to-end project deliveries by extracting and purifying minerals from ores.

Improving and innovating newer solutions for meeting complex project challenges

The Indian market is expanding at an exponential rate throughout Asia, including Southeast and the Middle East, and is seeing increasing investments in mining and construction industries to meet infrastructure needs. Sand is one of the key minerals driving the growth demand in India.

Our USP is to continuously improve our products and innovate newer solutions to cater to customer requirements. To address the challenges faced in the more complex projects of our customers, we are developing more sophisticated and cost-effective products. We plan to develop more accurate and efficient solutions under our Wet Classification range and install a fully automatic processing Line for Waste Management. We will also improve the material quality produced from our plants.

Delivering superior quality products to improve efficiencies

Our ISO 9001:2015 certified company adheres to a strict Quality Management System for all manufactured products throughout its supplier value chain. The company has established three processes for delivering superior quality products, supported by a Quality Assurance Plan for each cycle, with zero tolerance from the start to the final dispatch.

Our manufacturing unit based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is equipped with cutting-edge technologies to streamline manufacturing, an in-house design and development team for ongoing product enhancement, advanced CAD tools, and a team of 40 craftsmen.

We currently have a 15,000 sqft assembly space, which we plan to double in the coming years with an installed capacity to yield 1000+ customized products every year. We intend to expand our facility in order to handle additional capacity and requirements from our clients, traders, and partners for our screening product line, with a wider range of material configurations and sizes for improving efficiency and optimising the modular design. Our team comprising of designers, technocrats, sales engineers, and subject matter experts, enables us to supply equipment of global standards.
