As we transitioned to last-mile deliveries, we enhanced these IoT capabilities to provide more precise data, which we integrated into a comprehensive dashboard called Zypp Dash.
Zypp's business model emphasizes reducing delivery costs and pollution by offering an asset-light, sustainable delivery solution. We deliver groceries, medicines, food, and e-commerce packages using automated electric scooters, which are low-maintenance and high-performance. To ensure efficiency, we also provide battery swapping services at key locations, keeping our fleet operational around the clock.

What are the features of Zypp Dash?
Launched in 2023, Zypp Dash is an EV Fleet Management Dashboard; it is offered as an add-on service for our partners, distinguishing us in the EV-as-a-Service (EVaaS) industry. Our goal is to enable partners to track various metrics in real-time, providing insights into their fleet and business operations for optimal resource utilization.
The dashboard includes several tech updates, such as a rider efficiency tracking system, which measures the time taken to complete orders, the number of orders completed by each rider over a given period, and other relevant metrics. This data helps identify trends, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations and improve efficiency.
We also introduced a ticketing and grievance management feature, allowing users to raise grievance tickets, which are routed to the appropriate team or individual for resolution. Additionally, the Zypp Matrix feature tracks the updated hierarchy of Zypp executives and SPOCs, facilitating efficient problem resolution. This solution has been deployed for all our partners, including Zomato, Zepto, Blinkit, Amazon, and many others. Every Zypp Electric vehicle is equipped with smart IoT devices, allowing us to monitor their movement, efficiency, distance travelled, battery management, and rider cross-utilization, ensuring maximum control and efficiency.
