Improvements in the process of brick making, and adaptability to the use of different materials like silica, lime and fly ash, even in semi-dry environments, has positioned the company strongly in the construction industry. Its extensive analysis and testing ensures high efficiency and economical production of dimensionally even bricks that can resist high temperatures.
"We provide top-quality brick making machines that are engineered with leading edge technology, facilitating the production of uniformly dense bricks that are insusceptible to spalling, breaking or cracking," informs the
company's manager B.K. Chaudhary.
"Use of high grade raw materials and sophisticated technology enables us to deliver a high performing and premium range of machines. The positive response to the quality of our products has motivated us to further meet the escalating demand in the construction machinery. Our series of Concrete Block Making Machines are integrated with technologically improved molding and compressing devices with leading-edge processing mechanism for optimum operation for producing high-quality concrete blocks and bricks," he adds.

The company is a direct supplier to builders and brick kiln manufacturers who comprise their largest target audience. It has dealers in Bhutan and Nepal, and sales and service offices in Orissa, and Siliguri. Products are being exported to Congo, Niger, Bhutan and Nepal. "The north-east is especially hot for our fly ash and Concrete bricks in view of the climatic conditions there. Plus, the government's ban on red brick kilns (due to the environmental pollution they cause) in the north–east, and in Orissa has increased demand for our Fly Ash Brick Machines. Even in Guwahati, M.P. and Mehgalaya licenses are not being issued or renewed. Interlocking block making machines are also seeing rising demand, hence we have started this line of machines. Demand is coming from Himachal Pradesh, Guwahati, north-east,MP and 70% from Nepal, which has experienced severe levels of earthquakes. Interlocking bricks are considered more suitable for earthquake prone regions. We are also supplying hollow block making machines with an additional mould to Kashmir as these bricks provide a good level of insulation," elaborats Chaudhary.
He informed that for 2017, the company has plans for machines to make hollow concrete slabs of different sizes for use in floorings and walls. Reva Engineering is also scaling up its production capacity. "We have been present for nine years and our production has grown by three times over the years. In 2017, our third and fourth plants will be coming up in Delhi, and we will be expanding our existing plant in UP. The slowdown in the real estate sector, along with the currency ban has also directly or indirectly impacted the sector. This has, no doubt, impacted our business, but we are looking forward to a resurgence in the construction industry and are gearing up to meet demand," adds Chaudhary.
