Walplast Reports Strong Growth in Homesure GypEX Gypsum Portfolio
Walplast Products Pvt. Ltd has reported impressive growth in its Homesure GypEX Gypsum range for the fiscal year. The Gypsum Plaster segment saw an 89% YoY increase, with significant gains in Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharashtra, while the Gypsum Board range grew by 62%, expanding market share in Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra.
Managing Director Kaushal Mehta credited the growth to customer confidence and a targeted market approach. Walplast is also enhancing its operations in key states like Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. The company has introduced innovative spray plaster technology, offering faster, cost-efficient solutions for the construction industry.

The company was recently in the news for its investment in capacity expansion and greenfield projects. These new facilities will increase Walplast’ production capacity by an additional 800,000 metric tons annually. The company has acquired approximately 3 Lac sq. metres of land for these projects, which are expected to be operational within the next six to eight months.
