Tribeca launches ₹250-cr mixed-use project in Noida
Real estate developer Tribeca has tied up with Logix Group to develop a mixed-use project in Noida. The ₹250 crore mega project, located adjacent to Logix City Centre Mall, will have a total develop-able area of 5 lakh sq ft, including 2 lakh sq ft each for retail and office, and one lakh sq ft will be serviced apartments, informed MD, Kalpesh Mehta. The Logix Group owns the land parcel and Tribeca, which brought Trump Towers in India, would rope in financial partners to fund the project. The company will sell the serviced apartments and office space and retail area will be leased. Currently, Tribeca is developing five projects of a total value of ₹6,500 crore across Mumbai, NCR and Kolkata and two Trump Tower projects in Kolkata and Gurugram.
