Telangana Allocates ₹205 Cr for Mamnoor Airport Development

The Telangana government has approved ₹205 crore to acquire over 280 acres for the development of Mamnoor Airport in Warangal. The project gained momentum after the GMR Group issued a 'No Objection Certificate' for its operation.

A master plan aims to enable A-320 aircraft operations, necessitating an additional 253 acres. The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has urged the state to expedite the land transfer for timely execution.
