Tata Power Renewable Bags 400 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid Project in Maharashtra

Tata Power Renewable Energy (TPREL) has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL) for a 400 MW wind-solar hybrid project in Maharashtra. Expected to be completed within 24 months from the signing of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), the project will contribute significantly to reducing carbon emissions, with an estimated annual reduction of 895 million kilograms of CO2. This hybrid project marks a significant step in Maharashtra's transition to sustainable energy sources.
