The Supreme Holdings & Hospitality (India), which is currently engaged in hotels, hospitality and land acquisition business, has recently forayed into the residential real estate sector and has announced a Rs. 370-cr project in Pune. The project in question, spreading across 6 acres with a saleable area of 5 lakh sq. ft. will come up in east Pune near Kalyani Nagar under its brand name Belmac, said Director, Belmac Residences, adding that the player has forayed into the residential segment after studying the Pune market for over one year. The builder has already launched 90 out of the total 240 units of 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments commanding a starting price-tag of Rs. 1.2cr. Apart from this, Supreme Holding also has a 45-acre land bank in Mumbai's Panvel area and is looking to develop an integrated township in the Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area (NAINA), very shortly.
