West Bengal-based Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation (SIDCL) has launched phase III of the lifestyle condominium at Krishnagar Sentrum in the state. The residential tower comprises premium 2-bhk and 3-bhk apartments, ample parking spaces, landscaped gardens, children's play area and a mall with a multiplex, said chief marketing officer, SIDCL, Abhishek Bhardwaj. Located on national highway - 34, the Krishnagar Sentrum township is spread over 4.5 acres and comprises of 5 premium G+13 housing towers covering 300,000 sq.ft. of built-up area, a commercial complex covering 100,000 sq.ft., and a leisure club with indoor games. The phase III of the residential condominium will have 78 apartments. and spaces earmarked for banks, ATMs, automobile showrooms, healthcare facilities, diagnostic centre, hospitality and educational facilities.
