Shapoorji Pallonji to invest ₹1,200-cr on realty project in Pune

Shapoorji Pallonji's mid-income housing platform Joyville has decided to invest ₹1,200 crore to develop a new residential project in Pune. This is the fifth project of Joyville and second in Pune property market. The project 'Joyville Hadapsar Annexe' will be developed in phases, with the first one comprising 600 units and the total units in this project will be more than 2,700 with a price tag of ₹37.5 lakh upwards. This is the second residential project in Pune under 'Joyville' as Joyville Hinjawadi (West Pune) was launched in 2018 and is sold out. Sriram Mahadevan, MD of Joyville Shapoorji Housing informed that Pune is an important market for the builder with a demand for quality homes by trusted brands. After the success of its project in Hinjawadi (west Pune), it has launched a new project on the eastern fringes of the city.
