M3M plans 25-acre realty venture in Gurugram

Real estate building major, M3M India, which has acquired 25-acre of land in Gurugram, Haryana for about ₹250 crore, has planned to develop a housing project on the land parcel at Golf Course Extension Road in the satellite city. M3M India, which owns more than 2,000 acres of land parcel in Gurugram, is scouting for land parcels in Delhi-NCR for future development. It had bought 185-acre land in Gurugram for ₹1,211 crore from Sahara group, a few years ago. In July, M3M raised ₹570 crore debts from Oaktree Capital Management to fund its ongoing projects. The group has completed nearly 20 real estate projects in the Delhi-NCR market and around 15 projects are under development. It is also developing the Trump Tower in Gurugram.
