In order to help the government in its ambitious drive to provide housing units to every citizen of the country, SBI and CREDAI have recently entered into an MoU to jointly conduct various initiatives towards 'Housing for All' initiative in the next three years. In this connection, each of them will leverage its individual strengths and collaborate in areas which will be beneficial to the sector and the consumers at large, both the players have a common objective of making every Indian own a Home of their own, said MD, SBI, Rajnish Kumar, adding that in the MoU, SBI will be a national partner for all CREDAI activities and both will jointly work together for various marketing activities like conclaves, seminars, exhibitions, campaigns, and CSR activities. It may be recalled that CREDAI is the largest real estate association in the country with over 11,500 members and the MoU aimed at mobilizing the credibility of its members and the reach of the largest bank in India to cater to both home loans and construction finance requirements, President, CREDAI, Geetambar Anand, said.
