Saya Homes hastens ₹450-cr realty project in Noida
Ghaziabad-based real estate builder, Saya Homes, has announced its first retail project in Greater Noida entailing an investment of ₹450 crore. Named Saya South X, it would primarily be a high street retail development on an area of 12,000 sqm with a saleable space of 6.85 lakh sq ft. CMD Vikas Bhasin informed that the project will comprise retail shops, banquets, six-screen multiplex, themed restaurants and over 300 business suites. The project is based on a 100 per cent sales model where all retail and business suites will be sold to individual buyers. Demand for high street retail space is set to rise as a number of housing projects are being delivered in Noida and Greater Noida West. The group has so far completed two housing projects in Ghaziabad and is developing a project 'Saya Gold Avenue' in Indirapuram housing 1,600 units with an investment of about ₹1,200 crore.
