RS Infraprojects Wins ₹199.80 Cr OHE Traction Work Project in Chhattisgarh

RS Infraprojects has secured the lowest bidder (L1) position for a ₹199.80 crore contract involving the installation of an Overhead Electrification (OHE) traction system for the Surakachhar-Sendurgarh section in Chhattisgarh. The project is part of the new Broad Gauge (BG) electrified rail corridor under the South East Central Railway. The scope includes the supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of a 25 kV, 50 Hz, single-phase OHE traction system, along with the Traction Substation (TSS) and switching posts work, ensuring efficient rail electrification in the region.
