IRB Infra signs concession agreement for Tolling and Operations of Hyderabad ORR
IRB Golkonda Expressway Private Limited, a Project SPV of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd., has signed the Concession Agreement with the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) for Tolling and Operations & Maintenance of the Jawaharlal Nehru Outer Ring Road (Hyderabad ORR) in Telangana. The agreement follows IRB Infra's selection as the winning bidder in the global competitive bidding process. The project will be executed on a Toll-Operate-Transfer (TOT) basis. Virendra D. Mhaiskar, Chairman & Managing Director of IRB Infra, expressed gratitude for the trust placed in the company's expertise and experience. He emphasized IRB Infra's commitment to achieving financial closure and providing a world-class travel experience for commuters and stakeholders.
