IRB Infra secures funds for ₹778.64-cr road project
IRB Infrastructure Developers informed that its wholly-owned Subsidiary Pathankot Mandi Highway Private Limited has achieved financial closure for a new road project involving ₹778.64 crore investment. The project involves rehabilitation and up-gradation of the existing stretch into four-lane configuration & strengthening of Punjab/HP Border to Mo from Km 11.000 to Km 42.000 of NH- 20 (New NH-154) of Pathankot-Mandi Section in Himachal Pradesh on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) (Package-IA). The company has been given a construction period of 730 days and an operation period of 15 (fifteen) years starting from the date of commencing work. The project involves a grant of ₹331cr from NHAI, equity of ₹124cr from the Company, and project financing worth ₹373cr from the lenders.
