Dilip Buildcon inks ₹1,137-cr road project pact

The wholly-owned subsidiary of Dilip Buildcon, Sannur Bikarnakette Highways, has executed a concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a road project in Karnataka involving ₹1,137 crore investment. It involves four-laning of 45.01 km long stretch starting from Sannur to Bikarnakette under the Bharathmala Pariyojana (Package-II) on hybrid annuity model. The completion period of the project is 24 months and the operation period is 15 years from the commercial operations date (COD).

Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bangalore Malur Highways, has secured the financial closure letter from NHAI for a project in Karnataka. The project entails four-laning of Bangalore to Malur Section of Bangalore Chennai Expressway on hybrid annuity model under the Bharatmala Pariyojna (Phase-l Package-l). The bid project cost is ₹1,160 crore with a completion period of 24 months and an operation period of 15 years.
