Buoyed by the growing demand for Grade A office space in Hyderabad, Bengaluru-based offices space developer RMZ Corp has chalked out plans to invest $1 billion in developing around 10 million sqft of Grade A office space in the `City of Pearls', managing director, Thirumal Govindraj said. This is in line with the company's plans to build an additional 40 million sqft of commercial space across the country by 2020, by developing its own projects to take the total assets under its management to 60 million sqft. RMZ Corp currently has a portfolio of around 20 million sqft of commercial space across cities like Bengaluru, Mumbai, NCR, Chennai, Pune, and Hyderabad. While RMZ is already developing India's largest office space project – Skyview – in Hyderabad's IT hub through a 50:50 JV with Hyderabad-based MyHome Group.
