RLDA Invites Bids for Commercial Development of Land Parcel in Maharashtra

The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has invited bids for the commercial development of a 5,500 sqm land parcel located north of Miraj railway station in Maharashtra. The land, adjacent to Chandanwadi and Richardson leprosy hospital along the Sangli-Miraj Main Road, offers a built-up area of 8,800 sqm with a reserve price of ₹8.60 crore for a 99-year lease.

The plot has a 104m frontage along the 45m wide Sangli-Miraj main road and is strategically located close to the Miraj medical hub and Sangli city. Ideal for commercial development, the site presents opportunities for retail or hospitality projects that could boost the local economy and create employment.
