RLDA Invites Bids for Commercial Development of 4,998 sqm Land in Udaipur

The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority of Indian Railways, has invited bids for a 60-year lease to commercially develop a railway land parcel at Rana Pratap Nagar Railway Station, Udaipur, Rajasthan. The site covers approximately 1,898.24 sqm, with a reserve price set at ₹9.04 crore and a Built-Up Area (BUA) of 4,998.00 sqm.

Located in the Jodhpur Division of North Western Railway, the site benefits from excellent connectivity via Sardar Patel Marg, which is currently 20 meters wide and proposed to be widened to 45 meters. The land is bounded by Sardar Patel Marg to the north, private land to the east, Rana Pratap Nagar Railway Station to the south, and the station's approach road and parking area to the west.
