RLDA Invites Bids for Commercial Development in Visakhapatnam
The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority of Indian Railways, has invited bids for the commercial development of railway land at Kailash Puram along National Highway (NH)-16 in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The development will consist of 60% residential and 40% commercial spaces. The land, covering approximately 4.71 acres (19,061 sqm), will be leased for 99 years with a reserve price of ₹170 crore. The built-up area (BUA) offered is 91,403.31 sqm.
