In Mumbai, L&T will construct nine high-rise residential towers, each comprising one basement and 50 floors. In Bengaluru, the company will build nine residential towers, each featuring three basements and 25 floors.
The Hyderabad project involves the construction of a premium commercial tower with five basements and 22 floors. L&T has also secured additional orders for some of its ongoing projects.
The company's RCF business has expertise in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) solutions across residential and commercial buildings, semiconductor facilities and factories. Its portfolio also includes automobile plants, proving grounds and other complex industrial structures.
