Under the agreement, Adani Airports will oversee the development of the hotel properties, while IHCL will manage their operations across its brand portfolio. The planned portfolio comprises three Taj hotels, two Vivanta properties, one Gateway hotel and two Ginger hotels.
In Mumbai, the development includes a Taj hotel at Terminal 2 of the airport. The Lucknow portfolio will comprise one Vivanta and one Ginger hotel. In Ahmedabad, a Taj hotel and a Vivanta property are in advanced stages of development. The Guwahati portfolio includes a Taj, a Gateway and a Ginger hotel.
The hotels will offer accommodation, dining, meeting and event facilities, wellness services and recreational amenities, expanding hospitality offerings across the four cities.
