Spread across approximately 12.40 acres in Sector 71, the project is located along Southern Peripheral Road, one of Gurugram’s growing real estate corridors. It forms part of SG SPR Estate, an integrated development by Signature Global combining residential, commercial and recreational spaces. The project brings together an international design team guided by Tonino Lamborghini Total Living Creative Director, Ms. Angela Krieger: Handel Architects of New York as principal architect, Bose Brothers Architects as executive architect, interiors by Carlos Rossi. Its five towers (G+41) follow a low-density, 4-to-a-core design for privacy and quietude and are set within a “Vertical Village” of landscaped greens, where a continuous green stretch, the “Social Ribbon”, connects residents through open and shared spaces. The project also carries an IGBC Platinum rating, the highest benchmark for green buildings in India.
