M3M India Launches Black Circle Privilege Platform for Branded Residence Owners

M3M India has launched M3M Black Circle
M3M India has launched M3M Black Circle, a private, invitation-only privilege platform designed to extend the branded homeownership experience beyond the residence. The launch comes as the company plans to expand its branded residential portfolio from approximately 6.9 million sq. ft. to 10 million sq. ft. by the end of 2026, targeting an additional topline of Rs 13,400 crore.

The platform aims to offer homeowners exclusive access to global luxury brands, their founders and designers, and curated experiences. Moving beyond conventional luxury offerings centred on space, design and amenities, Black Circle seeks to connect residents with the people and creative vision behind the brands associated with their homes.

Black Circle made its debut in Paris, where owners of Jacob & Co. and ELIE SAAB residences participated in a curated experience. The programme included personal interactions with Jacob Arabo and Elie Saab Jr., fine dining and private luxury cruises, offering homeowners an opportunity to engage with the personalities behind the brands.

The Paris experience follows M3M's earlier initiatives to connect homeowners with prominent figures from the luxury and business sectors. The company said Trump homeowners had previously interacted with Donald Trump Jr. in the United States at his private invitation. Through Black Circle, M3M aims to make such access and experiences an integral part of its branded-residences offering.

Robin Mangla, President of M3M India, said the platform was intended to redefine luxury living by giving homeowners access to the founders, designers and visionaries behind leading global brands. He added that the Paris experience was designed to create a sense of belonging to a global community, setting a new benchmark for branded residences in India.

M3M India, together with Smartworld, has developed a branded-residences portfolio comprising three Trump developments, two ELIE SAAB developments and one Jacob & Co. development. According to the company, the portfolio spans approximately 6.9 million sq. ft. and serves a community of around 500 homeowners.
