The mandate, awarded under Unitern’s CATALYST module, marks its third project with Transcon Group, following the completion of its mandate for Phase I of Ramdev Plaza and its appointment for Transcon UNO at Kalina. With the latest appointment, the total Gross Development Value (GDV) of projects under Unitern’s DaaS mandates has crossed Rs 2,750 crore.
Transcon Ramdev Plaza is a commercial development being executed in two phases. Phase I has received its Occupation Certificate, and handovers are underway. Phase II comprises retail shops and premium small-office formats, with approximately 0.56 lakh sq. ft. of RERA carpet area available for free sale and an estimated GDV of Rs 250 crore.
Under the 18-month mandate, Unitern will oversee end-to-end project execution, facilitate the supply of construction materials through the ARIS platform, and manage sales, channel partners, collections and lenders. The engagement also includes a live DaaS dashboard to provide the promoter with project visibility.
With regulatory approvals, including RERA, in place and construction at an advanced stage, Unitern will focus on accelerating sales and progressing the project towards completion.
