KREEVA Announces Luxury Residential Project in South Delhi with Total Investment in Excess of Rs 1,050 Cr
With an investment of Rs 260 crore, the project is backed by ASK Property Fund, the real estate investment arm of Blackstone-backed ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group. The partnership reflects strong institutional conviction in KREEVA’s development philosophy and in the sustained demand outlook for luxury housing across Delhi-NCR.
The project will be developed on a prime South Delhi land parcel acquired earlier for approximately Rs. 350 crores. Spread across nearly 5 lakh sq. ft., the project is a luxury skyvillas development comprising 114 bespoke units. The construction is likely to kick start by the end of August 2026.
The development will have thoughtfully designed 3.5 BHK units of around 3700 sq. ft, 4.5 BHK units of 4500 sq. ft and 5.5 BHK units of 5500 sq. ft. Complemented by a curated selection of premium amenities and lifestyle offerings spread across 1.5 lakh sq. ft designed and operated by global partners, the project is conceived to deliver an elevated luxury living experience while ensuring comfort, convenience, and a superior quality of life.
