Spread across five acres, the project will comprise approximately 260 three-bedroom homes across three towers, with 85% of the site reserved for open spaces. The development is planned around space, privacy and a low-density residential environment.
DivyaSree Quiet Side adds to the developer’s residential portfolio of 12 projects spanning more than 6 million sq. ft. The company is also planning its next phase of residential expansion, comprising 14 launches with a combined development area of over 18 million sq. ft. across Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai over the next three to four years.
Residential development is a core business for DivyaSree, supported by a dedicated leadership team and a multi-year growth plan. The company said its experience across planning, construction and residential development will guide its expanding project pipeline.
Bhaskar N Raju, Chairman and CEO, DivyaSree Developers, said, “DivyaSree’s journey has always been guided by a long-term view of real estate, creating developments that remain relevant and valuable as cities evolve. Residential has long been part of that vision, and we are now in a phase where every part of the business is set for its next stage of growth. With DivyaSree Quiet Side, we are defining what the next generation of DivyaSree homes will stand for: thoughtful design, enduring value and a sense of belonging. It is a promise we will carry into everything we build in the years ahead.”
DivyaSree Quiet Side began with the people of Bengaluru. Through a city-wide campaign, DivyaSree invited homebuyers to share how they envisioned their future homes, and shaped the project around what they said. Their priorities were clear: more space, more privacy, more greenery and a calmer everyday life, alongside good location and connectivity. DivyaSree built these into the master plan itself rather than adding them as finishing touches.
The result is a low-density layout with fewer homes on the site and only four homes on each floor. Every home is built with independent walls, so no walls are shared with neighbours, which helps minimise sound transmission and protects privacy. Deep setbacks keep the towers well apart, homes are aligned to natural wind directions for cross-ventilation, and dedicated pedestrian and vehicle paths keep pedestrian pathways vehicle-free.
Avinash Suresh, Chief Executive Officer – Residential Real Estate, DivyaSree Developers, said, “Today’s homebuyers are redefining what a premium home means. It is no longer about a list of features, but about how a home feels every day: space to breathe, privacy, greenery and quiet. DivyaSree Quiet Side is our answer to that shift. What buyers value most guided every major decision, from how many homes we placed on the land to how each one is oriented, and every home is built with the quality to last for generations. This people-first, quality-led approach is the foundation of our residential business. Our ambition is to make DivyaSree one of India’s most trusted names in residential real estate.”
