House-of-Swamiraj-Kopri
House of Swamiraj has signed a Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) redevelopment project in Kopri, with an estimated project value of Rs 220 crore. Located just minutes from Thane Railway Station, the project aims to redevelop one of the city’s underutilised yet well-connected urban pockets. The redevelopment will transform the area through planned infrastructure and modern housing, leveraging its proximity to key transport links and urban centres.

Jason Samuel, Managing Director, House of Swamiraj, said, “Kopri, Thane (East) presents a unique opportunity due to its strategic location and untapped growth potential. With its close proximity to Thane Station, the area is well-positioned for transformation. Through this SRA redevelopment project, we aim to not only bring better living conditions but also bring in structured, quality development that contributes to the larger urban fabric of Thane. This aligns with our commitment to creating sustainable, inclusive, and high-impact developments across emerging micro-markets.”

Building on this vision, the redevelopment will focus on delivering thoughtfully designed homes, improved civic infrastructure, and enhanced community spaces. The project is aligned with the company’s larger goal of creating value-driven, future-ready developments that address both current and long-term urban needs.
