Adani Enterprises Incorporates Three Airport City Subsidiaries for Real Estate and Hotel Development

Adani-Enterprises-Ltd
Adani Enterprises Ltd has incorporated three wholly-owned subsidiaries to drive real estate and hospitality development as part of its airport city expansion strategy.

The new entities—Adani Navi Mumbai Airport City Ltd, Adani Guwahati Airport City Ltd and Adani Ahmedabad Airport City Ltd—have been set up by Adani Airport City Ltd, a step-down subsidiary of the company.

These subsidiaries will undertake real estate development, including construction of buildings, as well as development of hotels with integrated restaurants, banquet facilities and business centres.

Each entity has been incorporated with a paid-up capital of Rs 10 lakh and is fully owned by Adani Airport City Ltd.

The move aligns with the group’s broader strategy to develop airport-centric urban ecosystems, complementing its expanding airport portfolio managed under Adani Airport Holdings Limited.

Adani Group is pursuing a long-term expansion plan for its airport business, aiming to significantly increase passenger handling capacity and develop integrated infrastructure around key airport hubs across India.
