Rajapushpa realty targets Rs.650 cr projects

Making the most out of the emerging scenario in the real estate sector, Rajapushpa Properties, a part the Hyderabad-based diversified group, has announced the launch of three projects, a residential high-rise property, a luxury villa venture and an IT Commercial Park in the financial district of Hyderabad entailing an investment of Rs.650 crore. According to the Executive Director, P Sreenivas Reddy, the company would meet the financial requirement of the projects through internal accruals, bank loans and funds from customers. Announcing the launch of Rajapushpa Regalia, a three tower project in Gachibowli-Kokapet area on the Outer Ring Road, Rajapushpa Greendale, a luxury villa project and also Grade-A IT building stretching across 5 lakh sqft. The IT Park will be a major commercial space offering with lease option. Referring to the Hyderabad real estate market, Sreenivas Reddy said that the market has begun to show signs of better times ahead after the temporary setback for about four months in the first quarter of this year. The recent announcement about RERA and GST would augur well for the sector in the long run.
