Railways Approves ₹212 Cr for Gandhinagar-Jaipur Station Redevelopment

The Gandhinagar Jaipur suburban station is undergoing a major redevelopment as part of the Indian Railways' Amrit Station Scheme, with an approved budget of ₹212.48 crore. The transformation work, progressing rapidly, aims to provide world-class amenities. A key milestone was recently achieved with the completion of girder launching for a vast air concourse measuring 72 meters in width and 48 meters in length—the first of its kind in Indian Railways.
