Puravankara has planned to invest ₹3,000 crore on launching 11 housing projects in Kolkata. A total of 10.5 million sq ft, with a mix of ultra-luxury, luxury and premium affordable housing projects have been planned for early next year. Out of these 11 projects, 6 are under the brand Puravankara (2.36 million sq ft) and five under Provident (7.07 million sq ft). The funding is a mix of internal accruals and debt and the company has targeted revenues worth over ₹6,000 crore of which, it has launched close to 2.5 million sq ft comprising three projects -- Provident Woodfield, Purva Atmosphere in Bengaluru and Purva Aspire in Pune. The company is launching its fourth project for Emerald Bay at Purva Silversand in Pune.
