Prestige Group announces project in Goa

The Prestige Group has announced its entry into the Goa real estate market with its first residential development project called 'Prestige Ocean Crest' at Dona Paula. The group has partnered with the Mathias Construction Pvt Ltd to jointly develop the project. The project will consist of 106 apartments, seven shops and one sea-view restaurant. It is strategically located and provides a well-developed social infrastructure with multiple schools, hospitals, and retail spaces in the vicinity. It has good road connectivity to Panjim. The amenities include landscaped garden, children's play area, sea view restaurant on 4th and 5th floor, clubhouse on the seventh floor with entrance lobby/reception, table tennis room, indoor games room, billiards rooms, party hall, among others. Irfan Razack, chairman and MD of the Prestige Group informed that the project fits with the strategy of deepening its presence across the country and the company is excited to be making real estate investments in Goa and hope for a long-term growth potential driven by a high influx of tourists, an attractive cost of living, and high-quality of life.
