President Murmu Inaugurated 14 Development projects in Mauritius

The leaders witnessed the exchange of four agreements, including a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the International Financial Services Centres Authority (GIFT City) and the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius. Another MoU was signed between the Public Service Commission of Mauritius and the Union Public Service Commission. Additionally, a Protocol to amend the India-Mauritius Double Tax Avoidance Agreement (DTAA) to comply with Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) Minimum Standards was exchanged, along with an MoU between the Central Bureau of Investigation of India and the Independent Commission Against Corruption of Mauritius.
President Murmu and Prime Minister Jugnauth virtually inaugurated 14 community development projects funded by the Government of India. They also laid the foundation stone for the new Forensic Science Laboratory, being established with Indian assistance.
