Panasonic Life Solutions Acquires Prime Land in Andheri East for ₹160 Cr

Panasonic Life Solutions India Private Limited has made a strategic investment by acquiring a prime land parcel on Saki Vihar Road, Andheri East, Mumbai, for ₹160 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.

Anand Moorthy, Co-founder and CBO, Capital Market & Services, Square Yards, highlighted Mumbai's growing appeal for commercial investments, driven by infrastructure upgrades, enhanced connectivity, and increasing demand for office and data center spaces.

Andheri East is a key commercial and residential hub, offering seamless connectivity via the Western Express Highway, Metro Line 1, and proximity to Mumbai’s airports. The area houses corporate offices, SEEPZ, MIDC, and major retail landmarks, making it an attractive destination for businesses.

The acquired land, spanning approximately 6,586.90 square meters (~7,877.87 square yards), was purchased from River Rose Developers LLP. The transaction included a stamp duty payment of ₹9.60 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000.
