Oberoi Realty to Develop Luxury Hotel and Villas in Alibaug

Oberoi Realty has signed a development agreement for an 81.05-acre land parcel in Tekali village, Alibaug, near Mumbai. The project includes a high-end luxury five-star hotel and resort on 8.6 acres, along with approximately 150 luxury branded residential villas on the remaining 72.45 acres. The agreement involves revenue and area sharing with the landowners.
