Green Hydrogen Plant in Bihar

Ashoka Buildcon has signed an MoU with the Bihar government to invest ₹9,000 crore in a green hydrogen plant.

The project’s first phase, located in Begusarai, will include a 1,250 MW solar plant to power the facility. Completion is expected within 1.5 to 2 years after obtaining necessary clearances, with the second phase to follow.

The plant will use clean electricity to produce green hydrogen through water electrolysis, marking a significant step toward sustainable energy solutions.
