Noida lines up 100-acres of industrial plots for auctioning

The Noida Authority has lined up 100 acres of industrial land parcels in sectors 151 and 158, for which auctioning will start soon. The land parcels will be ready for handover to interested players by March 15, said OSD and officer-in-charge of the industries department, NK Singh, who has held a series of meetings with the town and planning department to finalize the layout of these sectors. The plots are situated off the Noida-Greater Noida expressway and the Aqua line metro corridor runs parallel to the sectors. The land has been acquired from farmers in Gulawali, Aurangabad, Amitpur and Kambuxpur villages and before carving out the two sectors, Noida Authority had auctioned 160 to 170 plots in sectors 155, 156 and 157, informed chief architect and planner, SC Gaur.
