NHAI floats tender for ₹792-cr road project

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has invited bids for four-laning of the Viluppuram-Puducherry section of the national highway. The scope of work involves widening of Viluppuram-Puducherry section of NH-45A (New NH-332) from 0.000 km to 29.000 km in the state of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry on hybrid annuity mode (HAM) under Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase-I. An official spokesperson informed that construction of the project will be at a cost of ₹792.95 crore.
