NHAI fast tracks Ranchi-Jamshedpur-Mahulia highway
Construction of the Ranchi-Jamshedpur-Mahulia road is set to start shortly. In view of the complexity of the highway stretch, it has been divided into four parts and will be re-constructed on priority basis. The CM has directed officials and contractors to start work and in case of any local level problems to inform the authorities for quick redress. Chairman of National Highway Authority, NN Sinha said and he has assured the state administration to complete the work within the stipulated timelines, and any problems at the local level will be settled at the Deputy Commissioner‘s level. The CM has instructed Principal Secretary to CM, Dr. Sunil Kumar Barnwal, Path Secretary Shri KK Son, NHA officials and State Government officials to work as a unit and achieve the laid down targets in the road and highway sector within the timelines.
