Strictly adhering to the direction of the Supreme Court, NBCC India has invited open e-tender to complete construction and rectification of Amrapali's residential projects in Noida and Greater Noida. The apex court has directed NBCC to float tenders for the construction of projects of Amrapali Group falling under the Category A and B and that the company invited e-tenders for Amrapali Sapphire Phase-1, Sapphire Phase-2, Platinum & Titanium, Eden Park and Castle projects. The intending bidders are advised to visit the site and carry out comprehensive study to incomplete works within the stipulated timelines and also to understand the extent of balance works. The estimated cost of all these projects is likely to be ₹109.74 crore for which the last date of submission of e-tender is November 14 (3 pm), said an official spokesperson of the NBCC India.
