MYCRANE Launches Marketplace for Global Lifting Equipment Sales

MYCRANE, the world's first online crane rental platform, has expanded its services with the launch of a new Marketplace for the international sale and purchase of lifting equipment.
Launched at bauma China, the Marketplace leverages the success of MYCRANE's crane rental platform, which is popular in active markets such as India and the Middle East, and hosts over 1,500 registered crane rental companies offering more than 12,000 cranes.
The MYCRANE Marketplace allows users worldwide to buy and sell both new and used lifting equipment, including mobile, crawler, tower, and specialty cranes, as well as aerial work platforms and other machinery. The platform aims to reduce transaction costs by promoting numerous, cost-efficient sales, with no subscription fees and only competitive fees payable upon the completion of a sale.
“Just as we’ve made crane rental easy and accessible for all, we now want to democratize the equipment sales process, by supporting fast, global trading and providing access to a wide range of keenly-priced equipment,” says Andrei Geikalo, MYCRANE founder and CEO.
“The MYCRANE Marketplace is particularly valuable to individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), who will be empowered by the ability to source the right equipment at the right price – wherever they are, internationally.
“The goal is to streamline the buying process, increase transparency and choice, and create a robust trading platform for the benefit of the entire industry.”
