Punjab-based real estate developer Motia Group has announced the launch of its commercial project Motia Guildford Square to be built on 3.75 acres at Airport road in Zirakpur on the outskirts of Chandigarh. The builder is offering spaces of 1440 sq. ft and 230 sq. ft. besides double height showrooms on the ground floor of 23.5 ft height, offices, rooftop dining, shopping, entertainment etc. The group will invest ₹225 crore in the project and will offer attractive buying and leasing schemes. Located at the fast developing area of Tricity, near Chandigarh International airport, the project promises numerous business opportunities along with high rental value, said Director, L.C. Mittal. He informed that the group has delivered many residential projects such as Motia Heights, Royal Fame, Motia Citi, Motia'z Royal Citi in Punjab and in the commercial segment it has delivered Motia Plaza in Himachal Pradesh and High Street in Punjab. Ongoing projects include Royal Business Park - a commercial project on Chandigarh-Ambala highway.
