Maharashtra Maritime Board Invites Bids For Mumbai Water Metro Phase 1 Consultancy

Maharashtra Maritime Board has invited bids for the selection of a project management, design, procurement support and supervision consultant for the development and upgradation of terminal, navigational and emergency infrastructure under the Mumbai Water Metro Phase 1 project.

The consultancy contract will cover end-to-end support, including project management, detailed design, procurement assistance and on-site supervision for key infrastructure in Mumbai. The project is aimed at strengthening water-based urban transport through improved terminal facilities and enhanced navigational and safety systems.

The tender has been issued as an open contract with a work period of 1080 days. The bid submission process will close on May 7, 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for May 8, 2026. The estimated EMD for the project is Rs 16,00,000.
