With an investment of ₹100 crore and an expected revenue of ₹150 crore, the project spans 80,000 sq.ft. of prime land and is slated for completion by June 30, 2026. It will comprise 80 well-designed two-bedroom apartments, each featuring a master bedroom and offering RERA carpet areas ranging from 680 to 776 sq.ft. Half of the residences will be allocated to existing tenants, while the remaining will be available to new homebuyers.
